Sanctuary Productions
has been fortunate enough to enjoy the culinary offerings of Gloria
Carrillo.
Gloria first came to
our attention with her Mexican lunches, a delicious and authentic
variety of Mexican dishes. Since her initial visit we discovered
that she also offered menus featuring Middle Eastern dishes and our
favourite, barbeques.
Rather than just
dropping off the food and leaving production to fend for itself,
Gloria stays and serves – describing the options at hand. The
warmth and openness of her personality contribute to the event.
Gloria has been feeding
our “office” of about 30 people. I know she has also catered
parties and film crews of up to 250 people.
Gloria Carrillo’s
meals distinguish themselves by the freshness of the ingredients, the
constant variety of menu options and the passion she brings to her
work.
I am a fan as is the
rest of our office.
